Spouted Pouch Machinery

We offer two spouted pouch packing machines:

• IPS-12BT – This machine is well suited for food, medical and pharmaceutical industries, filling a range of pouch styles with liquids and pastes. Running procedures for these spouted pouch filling machines include automatic bag feeding, automatic quantitative filling (with nitrogen filling option), optional automatic air blow nozzle stopper, automatic cap feeding, automatic cap locking, automatic bag out-feeding and optional automatic CIP cleaning.
• IPS-D8 – This pouch filling and capping machine is fully automated. Featuring a varied filling range and operating at a capacity of up to 5,400 pouches per hour, it is well suited for packing pastes, powders and liquids, including jelly, soy milk, yoghurt, juice, water, ice cream, edible oils, seasonings, detergents and other chemical products.

Spouted pouch filling machines specifications can be adapted to suit your needs, with spout diameters of between 8.6mm and 10mm, fill volume of between 50ml and 600ml, adjustable filling quantities, and option date and batch coding. Learn more here.

Gusseted Pouch Machinery

Our IPS-2BT flat bottom gusseted pouch filling machine is an extremely popular filling and sealing choice for producers in the artisan tea and coffee industry. This small machine is capable of packing a wide range of ¾ and full side gusseted pouches and packs, making it a great choice for packing coffee beans or powders, and loose leaf teas.
