Introduction

Stand up pouch equipment is popular because of its versatility and ability to pack a wide range of products including:

Powders: powdered drinks, milk powder, sauce and cake mixes (auger system)
Granular and dry products: coffee, tea, biscuits, snacks, sugar, seasoning, tablets, pet food (volumetric, measure or scale)
Liquids: detergent, shampoo, plant food, drinks (piston pump or rotary pump)

Our classic pouch machinery (sometimes called Doypack) filling range is suitable for filling flat bottomed or sealed bottom pouches and doypacks. This incredibly adaptable piece of equipment is used in a range of industries and can easily be configured for most products and a wide range of sizes.

NEW High speed pre-made pouch filling line

A more streamlined and ergonomic version of our classic IPS-8BT machine below. This latest machine has all the functionality that you would expect from a pre-made pouch machine but with a range of upgrades including; higher output (perfect for people looking to increase production but without the space to buy an additional machine), less consumables, improved maintenance and running costs.

Filling and Sealing machine for pre-made pouches – Eight Station

This rotary pouch machine fills and seals prefabricated stand-up pouches (flat bags, zip-lock bags, zipper bags). The compact design is space-saving and can be easily adjusted to different bag widths. Without time-consuming set-up times, it is a cost-effective alternative to complex linear filling machines. The stand-up pouches are transported via bag magazine and are filled and capped in 8 workstations.

3/4 side gusseted premade pouches – Tea and Coffee filling

This premade pouch machine is ideal for packing coffee powder or beans and loose leaf tea. Made from stainless steel with three stations in a linear design. The efficient vacuum pump for bag pick up and opening is perfect for teas and coffee. As with all our machines there are a large range of weighing, filling and labelling options also available.

Single Station Filling and Sealing Machine for Pre-made Pouches – Entry Level

The IPS-HPM 210 is a machine for premade pouches (flat, doypack, with zipper, etc) dedicated to the customer who has one/fix size pouch and wants a cost effective solution with compact speed and design.

All our pouch machines are easily integrated with various filler options, such as auger, multi-head, volumetric, liquid, paste and other dosers which make it an excellent choice for a wide variety of products. They are also easy to clean and with an intuitive touch screen operating system.
