Sustainable paper reels to run on mini vertical form fill seal (VFFS) machine at Intamac Packaging Systems Stand, C32
Working with sustainable packaging materials has been at the core of Intamac Packaging Systems business over the past couple of years. They regularly test sustainable materials on their equipment with a range of customers products. Visitors to the Intamac Stand will be able to view machinery running paper reels and handle physical samples of sustainable packaging materials from their new sister company, IntegraMATERIALS.
The paper reels will be supplied by Malenge, who offer the latest options for sustainable paper packaging and will be exhibiting on the stand with Intamac.
The paper will run on the popular IPS-420 Mini Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) machine, which easily handles a range of packaging types, including paper, and is perfect for dispensing small dose liquid, powder and granule products into pillow packs. It is compact and ideal for customers looking to pack efficiently and sustainably in confined spaces. The second machine will be a horizontal flow wrapper – designed for a wide range of products such as, snacks, cosmetics, baked goods, stationary and hardware. Both machines will be fitted with IntegraJET ink jet systems, capable of printing onto paper and laminates.
Finally, there will be the launch of IntegraMATERIALS, Intamac’s sister company, who offer a range of sustainable packaging options. The team will be available to discuss the various benefits of each material, in relation to customer products.
Tom Poston, sales manager, Intamac Packaging Systems will be at the exhibition, “Intamac is continually evolving to meet the needs of our customers. We have been running with a wide range of sustainable projects over the past year and the official launch of IntegraMATERIALS is a natural progression. We are already heavily involved with helping our customers source the right materials, so it made sense to develop this business and officially streamline the process. We are excited to be able to meet with visitors and show them what is possible with their product.”
