Spouted Pouches

IPS-12BT – These pouch filling machines incorporate a pre-made centre or side spout pouch, with CIP filling, cap sortation, insertion and torsion screw systems. Suitable for the food industry, medical and pharmaceutical industries. It can fill a range of pouches with liquids and pastes.

Running procedure:

Automatic bag feeding – automatic quantitative filling (nitrogen filling option) – automatic air blow nozzle stopper (option) – automatic cap feeding – automatic cap locking (servo motor control torque) – automatic bag out-feeding – automatic CIP cleaning (option)

IPS – D8 filling and capping machines is a fully automated production line. They have a varied filing range and a high speed capacity of up to 5400 pouches per hour (for the 6 lane version). It can be connected with CIP cleaning systems, PLC controls and touch screen systems—many functions can be adapted according to customer requirements. This machine is suitable for packing jelly, soy milk, yoghurt, mineral water, juice, ice cream, edible oil, seasoning, detergent and other chemical products.
