Automatic 3 ply protective face mask machine
If you want to produce non-medical or standard medical 3-layer face masks, our IPS-KZ-1-2, Automatic 3 ply protective face mask machine handles the whole manufacturing process. Capable of producing non-woven, smooth cloth, gauze, active carbon and double nose strips masks, this machine can run at speeds of up 60-100ppm and has tooling to create adult and child sizes.

Automatic KN95/4 ply protective face mask machine
If you want to produce folding respirator masks our IPS-KZ-95, Automatic KN95/4 ply protective face mask machine offers a full production line with easy to operate touch screen navigation which requires minimal operator input. This machine is capable of running at speeds of 40-45ppm and can be configured to include optional extras such as wrapping and packaging machinery.
