How we work
Initial Consultation
We understand that every business is different, with a unique set of goals and objectives. Our initial consultations will involve assessing your current manufacturing procedures, looking at the environment where the packaging is required and carefully discussing what you want to achieve. We help our customers make the move from hand packing to semi-automated, from semi-automated to fully-automated, from small scale automation to mass production.
Recommendations
By learning about your business we can then make recommendations for suitable machinery to fit your budget and estimated growth. Intamac believe in an ongoing, open discussion to help our customers achieve the maximum potential of their business.
Ongoing Support
Once the specification for your equipment is finalised and the machinery is installed we can then set up service agreements to keep your business running smoothly and the machinery operating at peak efficiency. These agreements offer peace of mind and spread payment options, please discuss with our sales team if you would like to hear more about this.
Intamac Packaging Systems are a division of Engelmann & Buckham (E&B) and are, therefore, able to offer a consultative service for all aspects of your packaging needs. If we feel E&B would be better placed to serve your requirements we will discuss options with them and advise as appropriate. To view E&B’s extensive range of equipment and to find out more about them visit www.buckham.co.uk
